Why fuse Herbal Teas with the Mediterranean Diet?

The Mediterranean diet is often recognized as the healthiest diet in the world. It is a plant-based diet that includes healthy fats such as olive oil and fish. It does not include red meat and avoids vast amounts of dairy. This diet is also frequently coupled with moderate amounts of red wine and, of course, water.

Benefits of the Mediterranean diet include:

  • Preventing heart disease and strokes
  • Increases Longevity
  • Protects against type 2 diabetes
  • Keeps Agility
  • Reduces the risk of both Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.

Fused with ZABICOLife Herbal teas it is the best, most power-packed, nourishing and healing meal.  Herbal Teas are also zero calorie so rest assured you won't be adding any more calories to your intake.

Though a lot of people complain about how pricey such a diet can be, there are cheap recipe options that won't break the bank like the recipe, which I have outlined below, which is one of my many takes on a Mediterranean salad.
